We are seeking a Community Impact Manager which is a key role on our Quality First Coaching and Incentives Program. This position will be responsible for providing leadership for the further development, implementation, integration, and evaluation of the program. They will work in partnership with the management team to implement activities including project planning, accessing coaching research and content generation, contract management, and convening, leading, and managing VSUW coaching partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the planning, organization, monitoring, and control of all aspects of project collaboration with the coaching partners to achieve project objectives

  • Manage program data, including internal and external data, and monitor contract compliance

  • Manage contracts, including meeting deliverables, maintaining positive relationship with the funding entity, First Things First (FTF), oversight of subcontractors, and coordination with Finance department

  • Collect, review, and interpret data for the purpose of reporting and program evaluation

  • Coordinate quality improvement activities that support positive outcomes for participating programs

  •  Create and manage training instructions, procedure manuals, and policies

  • Review budgets and financial statements and assist in the collection and preparation of required budget information

  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Human Development, Social Services, Nonprofit Management, or a closely related field

  • At least 5 years’  experience working within the early childhood community, teaching, coaching or engaging with quality improvement programs

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with facilitating strategic and collaborative partnerships

  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments

  • Data management experience, with the ability to organize, interpret, and analyze complex community data sets

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Are used to working in a remote environment (not all positions work remotely, but many of our team mates work out of the office 1-4 days per week)
